We're on the hunt for a sharp, confident leader to take charge of our monitoring station operations. Based near our Head Office in Chippenham, you'll lead a dedicated team, manage real-time alarm response, and ensure we deliver exceptional service — 24/7.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the core of our Fire & Security business. You'll be part of the operational leadership team, driving performance, refining processes, and keeping people and property safe through smart, responsive action.

Experience in a control room or monitoring environment

Able to commute to Chippenham HQ
