Our client is an award-winning independent lettings business with a great reputation for personal service and they are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team.

With over 500 units on the books, you'll be the senior member of a team of three property managers responsible for your own portfolio of 170 properties, being the first point of contact for all tenants, landlords and contractors.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of 170 properties
• Conducting check ins/outs
• Out of office inventories
• Out of office inspections
• Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance works
• Liaising with contractors and instructing repairs
• Creating virtual tours with a 3D camera

• Advertising & copy writing
• Liasing with the sales team

Property Manager Requirements:

• Great communication and negotiation skills
• A love of organisation

• Attention to detail
• Genuine interest in the property sector
• Must have full driving licence and your own transport
• Some property experience and knowledge of lettings legislation is highly desirable
