The ideal Parts Advisor will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards within the parts department.

Competitive basic salary of £29,000 per annum
OTE of up to £29,000 with performance-related bonuses
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am - 5pm

Providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
Managing parts stock levels and inventory to ensure availability
Assisting technicians and the service team with parts queries and requirements
Processing orders efficiently and accurately
Maintaining high standards of stock control and departmental organisation
Supporting the ongoing development of the parts department and teamRequirements:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and related systems
Professional, friendly, and proactive approach to work
