The role:

Developing and overseeing frameworks to budget and track service charge expenses.

Preparing and issuing accurate service charge accounts and correspondence.
Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards for both variable and fixed service charge properties.
Monitoring financial outcomes against budgets, analysing variances, and identifying key factors affecting performance.
Regularly evaluating procedures and leading efforts to enhance efficiency and compliance.Requirements
