We are seeking a confident, patient and motivated Behaviour Mentor to join our school team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges, build resilience and achieve their full potential.

The Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs.
Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
Work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies to support pupil progress.
Help pupils develop social skills, self-regulation and confidence.
Support the wider school environment, ensuring a calm and inclusive atmosphere.About You: We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in working with children or young people (school or youth work background desirable).
Skilled at building positive relationships and acting as a role model.
Calm, resilient and able to manage challenging situations effectively.
A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
