Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting smart, safe, sustainable, and energy-efficient buildings in and around Central London. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional with extensive knowledge of BMS systems, capable of maintaining and servicing building management systems and associated mechanical/electrical plant as per contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and service various control systems, including Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline, and KNX.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and small project installations.
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond to client requests promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and service activities.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements through training and professional development.
• Participate in the on-call rota as required.

Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer.
• Expertise in at least two of the following systems: Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
