The Head of Clinical Negligence.is recognised in the Legal 500 and has many excellent client reviews, specialising in cerebral palsy, brain injury and other high-severity claims

What will you be doing:

The role will involve:

* Providing support to a team of senior Clinical Negligence Fee Earners

* Prescreening new cases, with a view to building up your own caseload in the longer-term

* Speaking to potential new clients, by telephone to ascertain the nature of their injury

* Attending home visits to take further details

* Presenting potential claims to fee earners

* Conducting legal research and due diligence in relation to clients and cases

* Opening new files

* Drafting legal documents

* Attending hearings

* Dealing with clients' enquiries

Suitable candidates will have:

* A law degree and ideally LPC/LLM

* Previous clinical negligence experience

* Sound knowledge of Civil Procedures

This is a full time permanent job which is fully office-based, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
