About the Role
Our client, a leader in advanced condition monitoring technologies, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in mechanical or electromechanical engineering who has successfully transitioned into technical sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and convert new business opportunities within industrial sectors

* Deliver tailored technical solutions and consultative support to clients

* Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers

* Lead client meetings and site visits, understanding engineering needs

* Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to close deals

What We're Looking For

* Proven success in technical B2B sales, ideally in engineering or industrial environments

* Mechanical or electromechanical engineering background (qualification or hands-on experience essential)

* Strong commercial awareness and ability to present complex solutions clearly

* Confident communicator with a relationship-building mindset

* Comfortable with national travel and client-facing work

Preferred Experience

* Experience with condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or related industrial solutions is a plus

* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
