Ongoing temp, potential for permanent opportunities 
West Bromwich, 1 day each week from home
£12.82ph (paid weekly)
 
Our client is a global leader in IT workplace solutions, a multi-billion-pound technology company serving clients in a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Client Administrator to join their administration team. 
 
The role:

Following workflows to process requests from start to finish
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients regarding contract queries
Maintaining contract records and ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate. 
Liaising with internal teams to ensure tasks progress smoothly
Assisting with order processing, invoice management, and payment tracking
Providing administrative support to the wider client services team
Handling incoming calls and email queries professionally and efficiently 
The candidate:

Previous experience in administration, client services or similar role is essential
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator 
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication
