Family Solicitor

In this Family Solicitor role, you will handle a broad range of privately funded family matters while contributing to the continued success of a respected department. You will work in a collaborative environment with clear processes, strong client relationships, and opportunities to develop professionally.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a varied caseload including divorce, separation, cohabitation, and children's matters
• Drafting legal documents such as prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, and court applications
• Communicating with clients and third parties via phone, written correspondence, and meetings
• Supporting business development through networking, content writing, and client engagement

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Family Solicitor with 3-4+ years' PQE in privately funded family law
• Ability to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Organised approach with attention to detail and compliance
• Candidates with slightly less experience will be considered if able to handle cases independently
