Sales Support Specialist

Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + yearly bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join a busy office team in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting account managers while delivering excellent service to customers.

The right person will be forward-thinking, highly organised, consistent, and resilient. You'll need to be confident working under pressure, able to use your own initiative, and always keep on top of tasks to ensure the smooth running of orders and customer support.

What you'll be doing

Processing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Communicating with account managers, customers, and internal teams to keep everyone updated
Supporting bespoke customer orders and liaising with the warehouse team
Handling shipments and ensuring proof of delivery is received
Learning about the company's products and services to provide excellent support
Spotting opportunities to upsell and add value to customers
Providing general admin support to the sales officeWhat we're looking for

Forward-thinking, consistent, resilient, and highly organised individual
Experience in sales order processing, sales support or customer service
Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with good problem-solving skills
Good IT skills, especially MS Office
Must be able to use own initiative and work independently as well as part of a team
A positive, proactive team player who can handle a busy workload effectivelyWhat's on offer

Salary between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
