What You'll Be Doing

As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in enhancing teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and creative learning activities across the curriculum
• Supporting teachers with differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all pupils
• Leading targeted small-group interventions to boost progress in core subjects
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Delivering lesson cover when required, ensuring smooth and effective continuity
• Supporting behaviour management strategies to create a positive, motivating classroom environment
• Encouraging pupils to engage, achieve and develop a genuine love of learning

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent (essential)
• Bring experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across various year groups
• Be passionate about children's learning and their holistic development
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

• Hours: 8:20am - 3.15pm
• Pay: Minimum £125 per day

What You Need to Apply
