This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week.

Interviews for this rile will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Day to day duties

  • Teaching Practical and theory up to Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Tutorship of Students, showing sensitivity to their needs and encouraging the highest possible standards.
  • Contributing to the development of programmes, courses and training materials as appropriate.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Motor Vehicle.
  • Significant, relevant experience within the Automotive industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of current teaching and learning strategies.

If you do not possess a recognised Teaching Qualification, you will be required to gain this qualification within your first two years of service (with the assistance of the College).
