Salary: £25,900 - £38,800
Dependent on which shift

Monday - Friday with 3 permanent shift patterns available to chose from:

6am-2pm
2pm-10pm
Night shift
Early finish on Friday

About the Role

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting on behalf of a client who are looking for a Production Operative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment following training and supervision.
Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring products meet specifications.
Complete documentation accurately throughout and at the end of each shift.
Report any faults, quality issues, or health & safety concerns to the Production Management Team.
Keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the shift.
Conduct product inspections to ensure quality compliance.Benefits
