We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager in the South East London area to manage the supply chain through local stocks in distribution and direct business to social housing and house building providers. This is a permanent position, where a company vehicle is provided.
The responsibilities of a Key Account Manager include:
Secure and manage social and new build projects, delivering budgeted sales as required
Forming and building a close working relationship with key customers at all levels
Managing the supply chain for ongoing projects, ensuring delivery targets are met
Using systems to record and manage projects customers and sales activities
As a Key Account Manager, you will have experience in:
Public or private housing experience
Experience working with framework providers
The ability to work autonomously and in team environment
Tracking projects from start to finish
Identifying leads and opportunities to support housing associations
