Westlake's Recruit are currently recruiting for a Quality Auditor to be engaged on a long term contract basis in Cumbria.

Job Profile

·Carry out all internal and external audits for the project.

· Maintain the Audit Schedule and report on this as required.

· Provide Continuous Improvement to the IMS by reviewing and auditing the systems and liaising with the process owners to check compliance.

· Provide cover for annual leave and sickness for the Quality Assurance Team responsible for other QA activities such outlined below.

· Liaise with Quality Control and ICG where required to ensure verification of processes and relevant documentation ITP's, weld procedures etc.

· Conduct Quality Audits of the site activities and sub-contractor operations on site and off site as directed in accordance with Project Audit Schedule.

· Ensure the quality standards of the Project are consistently met, raising the authorised project documentation where this is not the case.

· Maintenance of package status & progress reporting, raising issues and liaising with the project and client QA/QC team.

· Provide status updates for monthly management reporting.

· Have direct project line management responsibility for other team members. Required Experience

· Lead Auditing experience

· Monthly Reporting Experience

· Multi discipline experience CS&A CE&I and MECH in all aspects of Quality Assurance

· Extensive Lead Auditor experience

· QMS improvement experience / process writing

· Sellafield site-based experience.

Qualifications

· ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

· Practitioner membership within CQI

· CQI Qualifications in Quality Management

· Relevant extensive Quality Assurance experience
