Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Primary Teaching Assistant to support learning across year groups in a school based in the Northfield area. This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys working with different age groups and is confident supporting children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as needed

*

Assist pupils with their learning and social development

*

Work one-to-one and in small groups with children requiring additional support

*

Promote positive behaviour and a focused learning environment

*

Support the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

Required Experience

*

Experience working with children across primary age groups

*

Previous support experience with SEND pupils

*

A proactive, patient and encouraging approach to learning

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills
