Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (negotiable)

Are you an experienced property maintenance professional looking to step away from the tools and into a rewarding training role?

We're working with a national apprenticeship provider seeking a passionate and experienced Construction Trainer to support learners across the North West. You'll play a vital role in helping apprentices gain real-world skills and successfully complete their qualifications.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions aligned to the Property Maintenance Operative Standard

Support apprentices through workplace visits and remote learning

*

Prepare learners for their End Point Assessment (EPA)

*

Track progress, provide feedback, and maintain detailed records

*

Ensure compliance with Ofsted, ESFA, and internal quality standards

*

Contribute to curriculum development and training materials

*

Promote safeguarding, Prevent, and British Values in all delivery

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in construction or property maintenance

*

Recognised teaching qualification (CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, or equivalent)

*

Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33)

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
