Healthcare Assistants - Lincoln

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team in a large Nursing and Residential Home in Lincoln.

Additional experience supporting people with life-changing conditions, including stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington's disease, or those requiring palliative and end-of-life care, is highly desirable.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year UK experience in care, nursing, or residential settings

* Valid Right to Work in the UK

* Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

* Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to supporting others

Responsibilities

* Support residents with personal care and daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.

* Assist older adults and people living with dementia in a kind and patient manner.

* Help care for individuals with conditions such as stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington's disease, and those needing end-of-life support.

* Work with the care team, reporting any changes and helping maintain a safe, friendly environment.
