Job Title: Estimator
Location: Sites all over London
Employment Type: Contract or Permanent
Salary: £50k to £65k
R9 Recruitment are currently in need of an experienced Estimator to join a well-known, family run client of ours to cover all areas of London
Hours
* Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
* Work two days from home, 3 days on site
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects and tenders.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
* Evaluate risk and opportunity within estimates.
* Support bid submissions and tender processes.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment.
* Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Proficiency in estimation software
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
