Exports Logistics Executive - Essex (Tilbury)

What we offer:

* Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (£577 - £673 per week), depending on experience

* Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17:30, with a friendly and dynamic team environment

Role requirements:

* Minimum two years' experience in export operations, including in large part sea freight (Deep Sea), with an much smaller part within airfreight.

* Must have experience completing export entries.

* Skilled in export documentation, customs declarations, and raising Certificates of Origin

* Experience using CNS, Destin8, or Multi-freight forwarding software preferred

* Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and numeracy skills

* Competent user of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

* GCSE or equivalent (A-C / 4-9) in core subjects

Key responsibilities:

* Liaising with customers, hauliers and carriers to arrange bookings and collections

* Ensuring vessel and flight deadlines are consistently met

* Completing customs entries and raising export documentation and manifests

* Coordinating with warehouses on screening and check weighing

* Managing invoicing and liaising with overseas agents

* Following up post-delivery to maintain excellent customer relationships
