An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Year 5 Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive school from May 2025 until July 2025. This is a job-share position, with flexible working days (2 or 2.5 days a week), offering a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal growth of our Year 5 students.

About the Role:

* Position: Year 5 Teacher (Part-Time, Job-Share)

* Start Date: May 2025

* Contract: 2 or 2.5 days per week, until July 2025

* As a Year 5 Teacher, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that support the academic development of our students.

* You'll work closely with your job-share partner to plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the Year 5 curriculum.

* Foster an environment where children can achieve their best in all areas of learning, ensuring they are well-prepared for their transition to Key Stage 2.

* Collaborate with the wider teaching team to maintain a high standard of education and a positive classroom environment.

What We Are Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Experience in Key Stage 2 (Year 5 experience preferred but not essential).

* A passion for teaching and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a job-share role.

* A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.

* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management within the part-time schedule.
