My client is seeking a professional administrator coupled with strong customer service skills to work an ongoing temporary contract. The position is being offered on a full time basis with flexible working hours as follows
Monday - Friday 08.00am - 16.00pm
Monday - Friday 08.30am - 16.30pm
Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm
Free parking is also available on site.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
General office administration
Keeping hard and soft copy files up to date and in order
Answering phone queries from internal staff and external customers
Responding and prioritising emails
