Job Introduction
My client are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in managing 132kV ICP projects to strengthen the existing project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to constructing and installing electrical systems for new and existing buildings and infrastructure.

Job Duties

* Working within the high voltage sector carrying out tests and liaising with the client.

* Monitoring performances.

* Site inductions and risk assessments to protect your team members when working on site.

* Making sure all team members are familiar with all health and safety rules and regulations.

* Responsible for overall delivery, programme, safety on site and ensuring safe work systems, auditing, Quality and assurance, Compliance and environmental monitoring, and council interface.

* Able to manage the programme from tender through to completion.

* Complete understanding of CDM 2015 regulations.

* Experience working and managing within the high voltage distribution 11kv - 132kv.

* A level of business, environmental, safety, financial, and regulatory awareness.

* Manage multiple projects safely, competently, and effectively to time and budget.

* Manage all financial aspects of projects.

* Ensure all extra works/variations are costed and invoiced.

* Provide cost value reconciliation for projects/contracts.

* Ensure all sub-contracts are approved in line with the company policies.

* Ensure the project meets all current legislation HASAWA, NRSWA C.O.S.H.H., etc.

* Work by project programs to ensure dates and milestones are achieved to ensure projects are completed on time and for the first time.
