Service Advisor - Bristol

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Location: Bristol
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday + Saturdays (rota)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Bristol. You will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs

* Accurately recording vehicle details and customer requirements

* Liaising with the workshop and technicians to track vehicle progress

* Keeping customers updated throughout the day

* Upselling additional work, services, and products where appropriate

* Providing clear and accurate cost estimates

* Handling customer queries and resolving any issues efficiently

* Processing invoices, payments, and job cards

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor (motor trade essential)

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Confident upselling and working towards targets

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Full UK driving licence
