We are searching for a strong team player to join our fast-growing tech startup, specializing in business development and revenue building. Must be able to lead sales pursuits from end-to-end and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participation and lead in aspects of proposal development and pricing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver and win campaigns. Main priority will be to acquire new clients and offer additional products/services to existing ones. Provide positive customer service and follow-through to close deals and build relationships.


Responsibilities (What you’ll do):

- Generate sales through new and existing clients

- Achieve revenue goals as defined by management

- Pitching products & services including upselling/add-ons

- Contact clients about new product development and launches

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attend Tradeshows as needed

- Create sales decks and presentations

- Develop new methods to increase sales

- Manage email campaigns

- Provide weekly reporting and feedback on negotiations, deals, target clients

- Research needs of organizations/learn who makes purchasing decisions

- Monitor competitor releases/new trends

- Some on-site/light travel


Qualifications (Skills you’ll need):

- Bachelor’s degree

- 3-5 years experience in sales, business development, and revenue building

- Proven selling success and client retention

- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills

- High energy, high professionalism

- Excellent in-person and web presentation skills

- Creative solutions

- Strong attention to detail

- Ambition to expand and diversify clientele

- Team player; willing to aid other departments

- Focused, organized, and strategic

- Triage priorities and obligations


Bonus Points:

- Tech start-up and/or hospitality experience

- Familiarity with Prosperworks or other CRM equivalent and/or Growbots
