Anderselite are working with a global architectural consultancy to recruit a Senior Specification Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, multidisciplinary projects across the UK and beyond.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for delivering clear, coordinated architectural specifications that meet project requirements and align with contract and procurement strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll guide clients on design responsibilities, material selection, and integration with structural and MEP documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural specifications
- Advise on design responsibility and procurement impacts
- Coordinate with other disciplines (structures, MEP, contracts)
- Provide expert input on material use and technical standards
- Attend project meetings and contribute to documentation strategy
- Align deliverables with scope, budget, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and health & safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Strong experience in UK architectural specification writing
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office NBS Chorus experience a plus
- Confident communicator with a detail-oriented approach
- Familiar with BIM and digital workflows
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable

Please note, this contract is paid inside IR35 via Umbrella company
