Shift Supervisor - Warehouse

Location: Waltham Abbey
Shifts Available: Early Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Mid Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Our client, a well-established business within the logistics and distribution sector, is currently seeking 3 experienced Shift Supervisors to join their team in Waltham Abbey. With multiple shift patterns available, this is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for a stable role with progression potential in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations during your assigned shift, ensuring the team meets productivity targets, safety standards, and service levels. You'll lead by example, motivate your team, and work closely with senior management to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff on shift

• Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety regulations

• Monitor performance, provide coaching and support

• Oversee stock control, order picking, packing, and dispatch

• Complete shift handovers and maintain clear communication across teams

• Report on shift performance and escalate issues when required

About You:

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A proactive, hands-on approach
