Locum Practice Nurse - Nelson 

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Practice Nurse to support a friendly GP surgery in Nelson on an adhoc basis.

Location: Nelson, BB9
System: EMIS
Rate: £30 LTD per hour / £26 PAYE per hour
Working Hours: Ideally 08:00 - 17:00, flexible on start or finish times

28th AprilKey Responsibilities:

Delivering patient centred care within organised clinics
Performing adult and childhood immunisations and cytology, alongside wound care, injections, and routine observations.
Conducts chronic disease reviews and health checks, providing lifestyle advice where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate patient records using EMIS 
Liaising with the wider MDT if and when necessaryRequirements:

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
Experience working within Primary Care
Competent in delivering childhood immunisations
Experience with EMIS system
