Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancing Fee Earner

An exciting and growing law firm in Liverpool is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its high-performing and friendly Property team. Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: Highly competitive DOE
• Bonus scheme up to £9,000 per annum (bonus kicks in from 12 completions per month)
• Maximum caseload of around 50 files
• Paralegal / Assistant support
• Dedicated New Business and Post Completion teams
• Hybrid working – 2 days from home
• Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

The Role

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase matters
• Ability to deal with New Build, Shared Ownership and Buy to Let transactions
• Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth file progression
• Maintain a high level of client care
• Work within a structured and well-supported property department

The Candidate

• Applications welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX or experienced Fee Earners
• Able to manage a residential caseload independently
• Confident handling Sale & Purchase transactions is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
