The Role

We're seeking a driven BDM to lead expansion across the North West:

* New Business Hunting: Identify and secure new clients—from commercial to healthcare and industrial sectors—by pitching tailored HVAC hire solutions (boilers, chillers, portable units).

* Account Growth: Cultivate existing client relationships, manage quotes, and lead site surveys.

* Use our CRM to track leads, pipeline, and performance—while crushing KPIs.

* Spend the majority of your time in the field, delivering solutions and building strong customer connections.

What You'll Bring

* Proven B2B sales experience in hire, rental, or HVAC/technical environments.

* A structured, self-motivated approach with a target-driven mindset.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Comfortable working independently and mastering CRM tools.

* Full UK driving licence and flexibility for regional travel, including out-of-hours availability.
