This well-established home provides high-quality support for residents with residential and dementia needs. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing care delivery on shift, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional person-centred care at all times.

Responsibilities as a Team Leader:

• Lead and coordinate your shift, ensuring high standards of care
• Support, mentor, and guide care staff throughout the shift
• Ensure care plans are followed and updated as required
• Report to the Home Manager regarding shift operations and updates

Requirements as a Team Leader:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a care home setting
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or higher
