Purpose of the position
The Associate Product Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing elements of the Product ensuring that standardisation and modularisation is maximised across the product range, under guidance from Senior Engineers and Product Managers.
Responsibilities:
Deliver technical packages of work on time, to budget and the required level of quality to deliver the product strategy supported by Product Engineers and leads
Carry out analysis and evaluation to develop estimates/plans/approaches for specific Product Engineering work packages to drive Key Performance Indicators
Design technical solutions, concepts and product features within area of Product/production/Engineering competence and experience
Analyse allocated design / improvement problems and develop solutions in order to meet customer requirements and contribute to the creation of intellectual property.
Support financial performance by ensuring that engineering hours spent are captured through accurate booking of time and reporting of hours spent against allocated work packages

The Associate Product Engineer will work very closely alongside other members of the product team to analyse allocated design / improvement problems and develop solutions in order to meet market requirements and contribute to the creation of intellectual property.
Designing to ensure that products and new features are delivered to technical best practices while at the same time delighting our customers.
As the Associate Product Engineer you will design and integrate features with existing product architectures and technologies in a scalable and maintainable way.
