Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow your own portfolio of commercial clients through proactive networking, prospecting, and client engagement
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, tailoring solutions to their business needs
• Maximise cross-selling opportunities across a wide breadth of commercial lines and additional covers, from health and safety through to employee benefits
• Collaborate with broking, claims, and specialist teams to deliver an outstanding client experience
• Contribute to the firm’s growth across South Wales by actively representing the business in the local market

Requirements:

• Strong commercial insurance background with proven ability in business development
• Confident communicator able to engage effectively with business owners and senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to identify opportunities and grow revenue
• Commitment to delivering a high-quality client service and building lasting partnerships
• Openness to developing further expertise through qualifications and ongoing professional learning
