We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker for a position the Intake and Assessment Team within Enfield CouncilResponsibilities include:

• The role will be to support families arriving from the Ukraine and undertake safeguarding home visits and assessments
• Undertaking initial safeguarding visits to families being hosted in Herts.
• Undertaking Child & Family Assessments for children from the Ukraine where needed.
• Offering advice and guidance. Linking with multi-agency colleagues
• completing safeguarding visits

 Experience preferred

• Post qualifying experience of working within a statutory Children’s team within the UK Social Care industry.

The team:

• Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
• This is a role within the Social Care industry

Minimum Requirements:

• SWE Registration

• 1 year post qualifying experience within UK
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
