SuiteCRM Developer - £420/day (Inside IR35)

Location: Hybrid / Remote

Contract: Initial term with potential extension

We are looking for a skilled and proactive SuiteCRM Developer to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced developer to take ownership of CRM development and integrations, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to the business.

What you'll be doing:

Designing, developing, and customizing modules, workflows, and plug-ins within SuiteCRM.
Building new features and maintaining existing functionality with performance and scalability in mind.
Developing REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
Working closely with business analysts, QA, and UI/UX teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshooting and resolving bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Maintaining high-quality technical documentation.

Ensuring coding standards, security, and data integrity best practices are met.
What we're looking for:

8+ years' proven experience in SuiteCRM or SugarCRM development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MVC frameworks.
Familiarity with CRM database schema and customization best practices.
Hands-on experience with Git or similar version control systems.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable skills:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer support business processes
