ACR are currently working in conjunction with a multi award winning House Builder based in Essex who are looking to grow their close knit Technical team and appoint a Senior Technical Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include:

* To aid the Operations Director in the preparation, delivery and co-ordination of production information on strategic and live projects to support all internal functions of the business.

* Provide technical support and advice during the acquisition of new sites and development opportunities.

* Carry out technical review of schemes prior to planning applications being submitted to local authority and advise suitability of proposed designs.

* Provide architectural advice on design layouts and appearance of proposed new developments.

* Prepare technical support in the preparation of detailed design information to assist the procurement and construction of new developments.

* Register plots with NHBC for Buildmark warranty.

* Provide supporting information to the Sales Department to assist the preparation of sales literature and the conveyancing of individual properties.

For this role, you must have:

* A minimum of four years working within the house building sector.

* Be highly organised.

* Have excellent communication skills.
