Your day-to-day will include:

• Sales and purchases, from first-time buyers to higher value and complex title matters
• Advising on new build properties with guidance from colleagues experienced in this area
• Supporting lease extensions and enfranchisement alongside a dedicated specialist team
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience on every transaction
• Taking part in business development activities, from smaller networking events to firmwide initiatives
• Benefiting from in-house training sessions and external learning opportunities to further your expertise

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential property law
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail across a broad caseload
• Clear communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proactive attitude towards professional development and business growth
