Our client is seeking to fulfill a mixed role CNC Miller and Tuner at a busy site. Overtime will be available. 

Shift pattern is flexible, either based on a 40 hour AM / PM rotating (0600 - 1400) (1400 - 2200), an  8 hr shift pattern, with Shift Allowance's, OR straight Day Shift, with   an early finish on Friday.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities include :-

Online Program, set up of 3 and 4 axis  (X Y Z & A) milling machines to produce high-quality following specigications. 
Online Program, set up, variety of FANUC CNC Turning machines to produce high-quality components to precise specifications
Understand technical drawings to ensure accurate production. Drawings are simplified and produced in-house for ease of set-up.
Monitor production processes to ensure that they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and production processes
Strong knowledge of CNC programming using FANUC controls
Mechanical set up and operation of a CNC vertical & horizontal milling machines for small batch runs. 
Measurement of machined parts and adjustment of offsets to ensure the accuracy of the finished components.

Salary £33,000-£35,000 PA - £16.00-£17.28 hourly rate
