Public sector organisation in the Nottinghamshire area are looking for a repairs and voids surveyor for an initial period of three - six months.

The role will involve pre / post inspections of works, managing sub contractors who delivery repairs ensuring quality and performance.

This position is to start second or third week in April with an initial three months contract which is likely to be ongoing.

- 37 hours per week

- Hybrid working

- Ongoing contract

- £30 - £35 an hour
