What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the purchasing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Liaising with suppliers to track orders, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery
Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
Supporting wider team projects and contributing to process improvementsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or purchasing support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
