A well-respected primary school in Reading is seeking to appoint a dynamic Year 3 Teacher to join their KS2 team from Easter 2026. In this role, the successful Year 3 Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, drive pupil progress, and ensure high-quality teaching aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum.

This position also provides opportunities for career progression, including potential TLR responsibilities for candidates keen to contribute beyond the classroom.

Key requirements:

Experience working as a primary school Year 3 Teacher
Strong behaviour management and organisational abilities
A genuine commitment to pupil growth and achievement
