Butler Rose is exclusively recruiting a Finance Manager for a successful business in the Falmouth area. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Finance Director in a varied, hands-on and fast-paced role. You'll play a key part in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and business planning, with scope to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small finance team
• Manage cash flow, banking, and invoice financing
• Oversee credit control and purchase ledger
• Process monthly payroll
• Assist with management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• KPI Monitoring and reporting
• Maintain financial controls and support year-end audit
• Drive process improvements and cross-team collaboration

About You

• Formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or MAAT qualified / QBE with demonstrable experience
• Strong all-round finance experience (management accounts, cash, controls)
• Excellent Excel skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive, team-focused approach
