Are you looking to take your first step into a professional office environment? We’re looking for a confident, organised, and enthusiastic Legal Administrator to join a busy property team in Holt. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn and develop within a respected legal and property department.

About the Role

As the face of our office, you’ll manage front-of-house reception duties while also providing vital administrative support to our property and conveyancing teams. Full training will be provided, making this the ideal start for someone who wants to grow within a legal or property setting.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front of House

  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional, friendly approach
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier arrangements
  • Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and presentable

Legal & Property Administration

  • Preparing and organising documents, forms, and client paperwork
  • Assisting with client onboarding, ID checks, and file setup
  • Updating case management systems and spreadsheets
  • Supporting conveyancers with property searches and administrative tasks
  • Scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • General office support, including managing stationery and supplies

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, polite, and professional manner
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
  • No prior experience needed – just enthusiasm and the right attitude
