A well-established and growing fabrication company based in Leicestershire is looking for a skilled Press Brake Setter / Operator to join their expanding production team. What you'll be doing as a Press Brake Setter / Operator (but not limited to):

*

Setting up and operating CNC press brake machines (Trumpf essential, Amada a bonus)

*

Producing high-precision folded metal parts from detailed engineering drawings

*

Performing routine quality checks during and after production

*

Folding a variety of materials - mostly mild steel, sometimes stainless

*

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace

*

Conducting basic maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues

*

Working as part of a supportive and skilled team

Standard hours: 40 hours per week

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:45

*

Friday: 07:30 - 12:30 (early finish!)

Optional 4 x 12-hour shifts if preferred

What you'll need to succeed:

*

Minimum 12 months experience in a Press Brake Setter / Operator role

*

Ability to confidently set and operate CNC press brakes

*

Strong experience with Trumpf machines (Amada a bonus)

*

Capable of reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings

*

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

*
