Contribute to commercial management and cost control

*

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and H&S regulations

*

Drive delivery under the Considerate Constructors Scheme

*

Lead on site set-out and measurement (as required)

*

Manage and mentor site staff, ensuring clarity of roles and performance expectations

*

Maintain accurate performance records and site documentation

*

Champion continuous improvement, training, and staff development

*

Proactively manage employee relations and performance reviews

*

Support procurement by coordinating with buying and commercial teams

People & Team Leadership

*

Provide strong, visible leadership aligned with the company's values

*

Promote a culture of safety, responsibility, and high morale

*

Conduct regular one-to-ones and reviews to support development

*

Ensure your team is trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver their best

*

Act as a mentor to junior staff and drive future talent development

*

Champion fairness, accountability, and proactive resolution of people issues
