On offer is a great opportunity for a 2^nd Line IT Support Engineer with ample background in IT Support to work in a growing team of IT professionals in an office environment full of knowledgeable and passionate IT specialists.

In this role, the successful 2^nd Line IT Support Engineer will work alongside a dynamic team and oversee the 2^nd Line and 1^st line tickets shared between yourself and the team. You should be able to deliver a timely, professional, and friendly service and have a can-do, problem-solving attitude. As the 2^nd Line IT Support, you will take ownership of complex tickets of 1^st and 2^nd line.

This role would suit someone with experience in 2^nd Line IT support and ideally from an MSP background or similar but not essential, looking to progress their career with a highly reputable IT Solutions business, with the chance of progressing into a Senior IT Support position.

The Role:

• Providing technical support and maintenance to support all user-based IT software and hardware
• Working incidents, problems, and complex 2^nd Line tickets
• Communicating with customers and clients and building relationships

• Experienced in providing 2^nd Line IT support
• Problem solver
• Background in msp environment
• Local to Newcastle
