My client are a market leading IT software solutions organisation based in Leeds who are constantly growing in size.

As a Telesales Executive, you duties will be:
·Making outbound b2b calls to potential customers
·Setting appointments for the business development managers
·Working closely with an individual Business development manager to ensure quality appointments are set
·Generating your own leads
·Keeping track of appointments
·Managing client expectations
·Dealing with inbound queries on behalf of the wider sales team
As a Telesales Executive you will require the following skills and experience:
·Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales is essential
·Excellent customer services skills
·Target driven and motivated to progress within a role
