Senior Administrator

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator for one of our clients based in Stevenage on a Temporary to Permanent opportunity.

Our client is looking for an individual that has a strong administration experience, attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload, as a team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM- 17:00PM (40 hours a week)
Weekly Pay - £12.74 an hour, weekly pay
Immediate start
Temporary, with the opportunity to go permanent
Free on-site parking
Opportunity to work from home 1 day a week, after probation
Senior Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

Document control - formatting large documents and making sure all information is correct.
Supporting to create manuals - document formatting, archiving, saving and preparing manuals to handover to clients
Build templates and formatting contracts / documents.
Assist with front of house duties - reception, deliveries and post
Assist with fleet administration
Senior Administrator- Skills and Experience:

Previous experience within Administration collating documents
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word - templates / formatting
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
Knowledge of Sharepoint / Teams
