We have grown year on year over the last 10 years and as such are able to offer our workforce a variety of different work patterns and clients to match you with, as well as offering consistent work on an ongoing basis with above industry standard rates of pay.

We have an excellent reputation for caring for female and male adults of all ages who have a serious accident and are looking to continue their rehabilitation at home. You will be working alongside a team of privately employed professionals and following through with rehab plans as outlined by them, so you work will be integral to the clients development.

Experience of working with these types of clients is desired, but not essential, however we do need people with 6 months Care / Support Worker experience. If required, well provide you with specialist training for working with the client.

Whats key is that you are reliable, selfmotivated and can act on your own initiative. Youll also need to have hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport as the clients are throughout Greater Manchester and you will be required to take them to appointments and other activities.

The work and the locations are varied, challenging and rewarding, which with our help will help you grow and develop as a Support Worker.

The nature of the work dictates that shifts tend to be several hours long, anything from 3 hours to 24 hours, depending on the client and the rates of pay are excellent, from £9ph for weekdays, with higher pay for weekends and nights rising to £17.46 for Sunday evening, if the client is particularly complex or challenging.

In addition, we also pay holiday pay, which increase these rates by 12% to a very competitive £10.08 / hour for weekdays rising to £19.55 for Sunday evenings.

(Please note, these are the minimum rates of pay and depending on the contract they could be higher depending on where you work.)
